A UX redesign for a psychologist-designed parenting support app
HeyKiddo's clinically rigorous onboarding was quietly driving new parents away before they saw any value. As the team's product designer, I rebuilt the first-time experience around trust, time, and small wins, and built the internal pipeline that freed the app's content from static PDFs.
